What is Personal Training?
A personal trainer is a fitness professional who develops and implements an individualized personal exercise program through physical assessment, proper exercise instruction and personal motivation. This is based on clients’ specific needs, i.e. weight reduction, muscle toning, strengthening of bones and injury rehabilitation.

What to expect: A certified personal trainer will arrive at your home or office with portable exercise equipment and design a personal exercise program utilizing any fitness equipment you might own.
